Rotary Table ara yatak (arayatak)

A Rotary Table steady rest (spelled: arayatak) provides additional bearing/lunette-like support at the center span when machining long shafts/spindles. As the Chuck-Tailstock distance increases, a steady rest becomes mandatory.

The support bearing height and sliding axis must be adjusted according to the rotary table center line. Incorrect height causes axis misalignment and surface waviness.
