Process
The quote is prepared according to the technical data of the part. Delivery time and price are not finalized until the configuration is confirmed.
01Material, dimension, tolerance, and monthly quantity. Control unit preference: Mitsubishi, FANUC, Siemens, or Syntec.
02Table, load, stroke, and spindle are selected according to technical data. A model that does not fit the part is not forced.
03Floor, electricity, air, and door dimensions are clarified before shipment. Leveling, geometry, and the first part are completed in the same visit.
04The spare part code is taken from the list. The service record is opened with the serial number and alarm code.
