Technical Service
Calibration, spindle overhaul, spare parts, installation, and CAM support. In case of a malfunction, the alarm code and the machine's latest status are checked first; parts are not replaced until the diagnosis is clear.
Measures axis backlash and circularity deviation, reports the data.
Vibration, noise, and runout measurement; bearing and balance according to manufacturer values.
Ball screw, encoder, turret, drive — with the code from the machine's parts list.
We find the source of the malfunction with Mitsubishi, FANUC, Siemens, and Syntec alarms.
Kapsam
Malfunction, maintenance, installation, and application. Replacements are made with the original part code.

Troubleshooting and maintenance are performed on-site. First, the alarm code and the last part machined are examined. Replacements are made only with the code from the original parts list.

Spindle, encoder, turret, guideway block, ball screw, and panel components. Equivalent parts are shipped if they match the code on the list; if there is no code, a photo of the label is requested.

Overhaul, bearing replacement, balance, and vibration measurement. If there is vibration, the tool and holder are checked first, then the spindle is examined.

Repair or replacement of X, Y, and Z bearings and ball screw; followed by an accuracy check. If backlash is felt, the specific axis and direction are noted.

Control unit, drive, servo motor, and power board. Mitsubishi, FANUC, Siemens, or Syntec. A photo of the alarm screen speeds up the diagnosis.

Clamping angle and tool length in 5-axis; live tool and C-axis on the lathe. Training is provided on the operator's own part.

Daily, weekly, and monthly tasks according to the manual: lubrication, air, filter, and wiper. The agreement specifies which machine will be maintained in which month.

Floor, electricity, air, and door height are clarified before shipment. Leveling, geometry, and first part machining are completed during the same visit.
Service Request Form
Leave the company, machine, control unit, and fault summary. Serial number and alarm code speed up the process.
Process
Request, diagnosis, repair, and test — transparent and measurable.
01Phone, WhatsApp, or form. Serial number, alarm code, and the last machined part are requested.
02The root cause is isolated based on the alarm and dimensional deviation. If information is missing, a spare part order is not opened.
03Replacement is done with the code from the original parts list. An axis not present in the hardware is not added via software.
04Geometry check and first part. The operator sees the result on their own part.
Provide the serial number, the alarm code on the screen, and the last machined part. If the dimension is off, write which axis it is on and how long it has been going on. Record: 0216 313 30 46 or form.
The duration varies depending on the nature of the fault and spare part stock. Same-day intervention is not guaranteed; a return call is made after the ticket is created.
Mitsubishi, FANUC, Siemens, and Syntec. An alarm photo provides a faster diagnosis than the name of the unit.
Yes. Leveling, geometry, and the first part are machined together. Operator training is given on your part. Live tooling, C-axis, or 5-axis clamping are planned separately in the quote if needed.
Yes. The agreement includes the machine model, serial number, and maintenance interval. Tasks are performed according to the daily/weekly/monthly checklist in the manual. Maintenance checklist.
